Erin Rasmussen - Guest Storyteller

Erin Rasmussen will join me at the table as our Guest Storyteller. Erin is the Owner & Executive Director of Zen Mountain Sober Living For Women. Addiction became the way of “doing your best” for Erin to protect her from pain while coping with the trauma of her father’s suicide. But today, in recovery, “doing your best” gives her the courage to face the pain and the willingness to accept progress over perfection.
